Cheryl Harris of Cheryl Harris Art (Alabaster)  is an artist that has a flock of angels she paints.  She uses acrylic paint, brushes and palette knife creating different mediums.  Each one has a different heart, a different personality, revealing a different spirit in every one of them.  Cheryl paints series of different collections. Dan Tipton of Dan Tipton Art (Atalla, Al) Married to the wonderful Misty Tipton. Misty and Dan have six children together.

Dan  is an artist of all mediums.  Dan has a background in fine arts and has mastered drawing and painting.  He is often commissioned for his portraits of individual, family and pets.  He also draws and paints amazing landscapes as well as wild life.   His new home has allowed room for a studio, so look for some great new work, he paints or draws  daily.  This excercise is what makes him such a great artist, he is learning everyday.

Juliana (Jules) Green  of Juliana's Jules (Lakeview) is a local, passionate artist and teacher.  Jules has been involved with art for most of her life.  She works with mediums such as watercolor, acrylic paints , pencils and has had many years with acrylic pour painting.  She is a born natural and this comes through in her teachings. Michelle Lucas Ramirez of Magpies, (Vance) A local favorite artist that is skilled in many different ways.  She has been an artist for most of her lfetime.  She will surprise you with a beautiful painting or craft and can make just about anything she puts her mind to.  Michelle has recently discovered acrylic paint pouring and does a fantastic job with them. She mixes her mediums at times and has a large selection of all  these lovely different pour types available in the art gallery.

Sheena Totherow of Naked Cicada Art (Adger) is an artistic entomology enthusiast and nature lover, who loves creation whimsical jewelry from beautiful insects. No live insects are harmed making her jewelry, most of them are found on daily walks but some are found in her neighbors greenhouse. Her floral designs are made from pressed flowers from her garden. She calls herself the naked cicada, because she loves that sweet southern music they make on summer nights. She still enjoys the thrill of a cicada shell hunt deep in the woods. Walter Moore of The Walter Moore Ape series (Homewood)  is an artist  with a fantastic variety of Ape Art.  Walter works with ink/gel/acrylics and different surfaces such as canvas and repurposed cardboard. He mixes his media, his hundreds of apes are unique, one of a kind apes.  Walter has a brilliant way of drawing and painting these apes doing cool, funny everyday things.  Artists / llustrater Jackie Miller  (Bessemer) is an area local artist.  Jackie and his wife Tiffany are  a refreshing couple that  I met while they walking all their dogs.  They are a friendly couple that lives just down the street.  Jackie does a great job illustrating books and has another  under the wing he is currently working on.  Did I mention his fabulous hot sauce?  There are seven different varieties, If you are a hot sauce lover, he has you covered. Corky Harris Of Corky Harris Art (Lakeview) is an artist of  acrylics, oil and drawing.  Corky has been painting most of his lifetime. There is a large variety of paintings in his collection from birds, landscapes, still life and abstract. Dont be surpirised if he makes some yard art or comes up with a new idea,  He can create almost anything with his hands.  

Meet 9 year old artist Emory "Emmy" Dewberry and Camden (Cammie) Hall.  These two gals have been around the art world since birth. Emory is my granddaughter and Cammie is my neice, they are best friends.  There work consists of drawings, paintings, jewelry, magnets and more.

These girls are constantly updating their inventory.  They also help teach the kids classes when available. Start em young!

Steven is married to his lovely wife Leandra.

They moved here from Cumberland, Kentucky with their two sons  to make a life here in Alabama. Steven is a Coalminer,  Painter and Artist  by day and night.  Steven enjoys oil painting on canvas, wood and metal.  He has a gift that he just started sharing with the world. We are happy to be the first gallery to showcase his amazing work. 

Meet artisit Kade Hulsey/ Kade Hulsey Art of Bessemer, Al. 

Kade typically works with Inksy alcohol markers and colored pencils to create short comics or comic themed art. His art speaks for itself and speaks loudly! His syle has been perfected bringing these fiction characters to life.  He also enjoys working with charcoal & gouache to make portraits and landscapes.

Darlene Howe and Brenda Arnold of BFF Needleworks have been friends for over 40 years.  

Darlene recently picked up sewing from her friend Brenda (master sewer)  and used this activity to fill their days crafting together, BFF Sewing was born!

These lovely ladies are a fantastic addition to our gallery, they sew a variety of items from prosperity hens, damnit dolls, lamas, hanging hearts, Chickens, baby bed sets and much more.

What do you do at night?

She blooms! At home on any extra time she is crafting. Carmon Watts (Woodstok Al) is married to Wally Watts. Thank goodness we have Wally as our official food taster.  Carmon is my best friend, always willing to go the extra mile for me.  You may even find her at the check out counter from time to time. She is our local baker  and you never know what she will bring. Mini pound cakes (lemon, orange, strawberry) are a favorite. She also does home made candy, fudge, peanut butter balls, keto cookies, cup cakes and more.  

Yes she caters! Her food plates are amazing too. She can cater your whole event very reasonably and makes awesome custom cakes for any occasion. If you know her, you love her!

Molly Archer (Gardendale,Al) of Golden freshies and more is a young artist/entrepreneur. Molly makes  Beautifully scented freshies to freshen any area and also lovely hand crafted earrings.  Molly has one brother (Phillip) and  enjoys softball and has went very far in the sport.  She started making jewelry and freshies to discover the art of owning your own business and the benefits of making your way in the world. I have been blessed with her friendship since I opened the first location.  This girl  doesnt meet a stranger and was born with a gift that lures you in.  She loves to pour paint, go to sip & paint sessions, She works with Clay and does a little of everything.  She is pretty,  fun, crafty and enjoys learning all of the different types of art.

Michael Sorrell of Fantasy Airbrush is a fantastic artist. He and his wife moved here from Tennessee and took up residency in Leeds, Al.

His work ranges from small to big and he uses a variety of products using wood, canvas, and cloth.  He is also remarkable at painting custom clothes and shoes.

 He does all kinds of T shirts for any event you have in mind from Football, Baseball,  Cheer, family reunions, events,music and much more. You may find him set up on the corner here in Bessemer taking orders.  We are fortunate to have him join our family at the good ART Company.

Artist Genesis  Jones!

 This dress, hat, converse shoe wearing beautiful gal  wears a smile that is contagious.  Not only does she draw and paint but the words she puts into her art art are just beautiful. Genesis has a way of seeing all of the beauty the world has.  She walked in by accident, she said she was "pulled in" , the lord  sent her to me.  It is believed by myself and others that she is a true angel out to bless all she meets, To know her is to love her.  She likes to paint portraits of others as well as self portraits in different forms, She is a unique, one of a kind  artist with big dreams.

Artist Benny James, Photographer/ Videographer of Hoover Alabama & his lovely wife Felicia of Sasee Chic, LLC. Bennies love for the camera is obvious.  This man can shoot!!!

  He makes his own costumes and dress wear for his models.  They are all unique to the shoot and occasion.  The outfits he puts together are a work of art in themselves.  He then captures the most brilliantly put together photos in unique, nature, wild , old and even dark locations.  He captures his models so fantastically well you will find yourself looking deeply into his images, admiring all of it like you were right there on the set.  Prints  and magnets are available of his amazing work.

Artist Kaytie Graves, Author & Illustrator of Waldo & Friends Childrens books,  mother of  four adorable children, also specializes in crochet.  She can make anything.  her soft, cute animals & critters have been extremely popular.

Kaytie is married to Matt Graves of Spectrum Photography. Power parents!!!  Together these two can do anything!!!  Matt specializes in infrared photos that will amaze you. Moons, Mushrooms, flowers, landscapes and buildings.  If he can get a good shot, he takes it.  Matt has received  art awards for his gift and has been offered a space in Dauphin Island to sell his amazing work.  We are very proud of all of their achievements and we are happy to add them to the Good ART Family of artists.
